Domestic and international hotel operators from budget to luxury are seeing fast growth in China, and many are planning expansions.

A representative of casino magnate Stanley Ho’s Sociedade de Jogos de Macau claimed there is no concern that major casino projects rumored to be in preparations around Asia will threaten Macao’s position as the number one gambling destination in the world. 

Chinese-made high-speed trains capable of speeds exceeding 200 kilometers per hour will go into operation starting next Wednesday, and all 120 will be in operation by year’s end. 

Hanfeng Evergreen Inc., a leading provider of slow and controlled release fertilizers in China, announced today that in a statement it has entered into separate agreements with Agrium Advanced Technologies , a business segment of Agrium Inc.,and with PetroChina Ningxia Petrochemical Company , a division of PetroChina Petrochemical Company, to further expand its slow and controlled release fertilizer business in the domestic market in China and into international markets.

Honda Motor Co said it produced 25,390 vehicles in China last month, up 18.5% year-on-year, Forbes reported.
