Ad spend up 15% to US$61.48 billion

Advertising expenditure through China’s three major media channels climbed 15% to US$61.48 billion (RMB441.5 billion) last year, the Oriental Morning Post reported, citing a survey by AC Nielsen. TV commercials accounted for 82% of the spending, newspapers 16% and magazines the remaining 2%.
