Agricultural Bank of China prepares for stock reform

The Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) recently announced a series of stock reform plans. As the only state-owned commercial bank that has not yet launched stock reform, ABC needs to first improve its human resources as the first move to reorganize and consolidate its organizational structure as well as provide the necessary infrastructure for future stock reform.
