Ascendas plans to triple office space presence

Ascendas, a Singaporean business office space provider, said it plans to manage US$1.72 billion worth of properties in China by 2012, triple the current value, the Shanghai Business Journal reported. The company opened its first IT research body in Nanjing, capital of Jiangsu province, Thursday.
