Bank of Shanghai to take stake in fund company
Bank of Shanghai is ready to acquire a stake in Hua’an Fund Company, Hua’an chief compliance officer Zhang Guofu told China Business News Tuesday. A board member of Bank of Shanghai said an official announcement will be made in the bank’s annual report and refused to disclose the size of the stake.
