Beijing lacks IT human resources
Human resources for network technology and telecommunications are needed, showed by figures released by recruitment agencies, Cjol.net reports.
Compared with positions opened in May, the 84382 openings in June is a 30000 jump from May. Beijing and Shanghai, in particular, are in need of internet technology workers, with an increase of 25% of related job openings.
Experts from recruitment agencies say that even the market is very positive for IT experts, China’s graduates from engineering and computer science lack the expertise their certificates are supposed to entail. Therefore, it is essential to raise the quality and operation efficiency of China staff. Training on theory and practice are both vital.
