Bright Oceans Inter-telecom (BOCO
Inter-telecom) will acquire from its majority shareholder Bright Oceans
Corporation transportation control assets and assume debt and other
obligations, reports Securities Times.
The 159 million yuan (US$19.6 million) deal also office space owned by Bright
Oceans Corporation in the New Shanghai International Tower in Pudong, which
BOCO Inter-telecom will use for software development and R&D work. The
transportation control technology includes Bright Oceans-developed intelligent
transportation systems for expressways.
