Singapore\'s Tiger Airways, a budget carrier, may enter the Chinese market before April this year, Shanghai Securities News reports. A source with China\'s civil aviation administration said that the airline had already received approval to fly two routes into China - from Singapore to Haikou and Shenzhen.
