Changes in Direct Marketing Regulations
On Friday, China released its long-awaited Regulations on Direct Marketing Management, effective 1 December, permitting business to operate on a model that had been illegal since 1998. National Business Daily records an analysis of these regulations by Chao Gangling, a professor at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
