China Datacom Corporation today announced in a statement that CDPN had entered Plan of Exchange with Supremacy International Limited. Pursuant to this agreement, CDPN would acquire 100 percent interest of Supremacy in exchange for 30,000,000 shares of common stock of CDPN, such that Supremacy will become a wholly owned subsidiary of CDPN. Supremacy has had contractual arrangement with Guangzhou Zheng Tuo Information and Technology Limited such that Supremacy obtains management control over Zheng Tuo and also bears economic risks with respect to, and derives economic benefits from, its operations. The acquisition will enable CDPN to tap into the emerging 3G related value added services market in China. China is now the largest mobile telecommunication market in the world, accounting for 20% of the world total number of mobile users. It is estimated that in China revenues created from 3G related businesses will increase from about 2.8 to 28.3 billion US dollars from 2006 to 2010. Zheng Tuo has acquired value-added telecommunication services license to provide Internet and wireless content services in China.
