China's FDI climbed 15.2% year on year to $8.46 billion in April and was up 26% to $38.8 billion in the first four months, said the Ministry of Commerce, adding the nation's annual offshore investment is likely to crack the $100 billion mark making it a net investment exporter in the years to come.
China had 477 million Internet users and 3.82 million registered websites by March 31, 2011, according to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Posts in Shanghai were 65,591, followed by 62,807 in Beijing, 31,764 in Shenzhen and 25,621 in Guangzhou. Software architect was the most needed, totaling 47,585 job offers.
