China's FDI climbed 15.2% year on year to $8.46 billion in April and was up 26% to $38.8 billion in the first four months, said the Ministry of Commerce, adding the nation's annual offshore investment is likely to crack the $100 billion mark making it a net investment exporter in the years to come.
