China Life and Ping An seek A-share listings in China

China Life Insurance Co Ltd and Ping An Insurance (Group) Co are both seeking listings in the domestic A-shares market, Forbes reported, citing the Economic Observer. China Life is understood to have selected CITIC Securities Co Ltd (SHA 600030) and China Galaxy Securities Co Ltd as its lead underwriters, while Ping An has tapped China International Capital Corp Ltd, CITIC Securities and Galaxy Securities, said Forbes. It cited one unidentified source from Ping An's underwriters as saying the insurance company is aiming to raise no less than 10 bln yuan from its domestic offer.
