November 24 – Xian Kaiyuan Investment Co (SHE: 000516) said it spent ¥297 million buying out privately-owned Xian Gaoxin Hospital from Shanghai Shenhua Holdings Co (SHA: 600653) and Xian Yinkai Healthcare Co. Shanghai Shenhua Holdings is Xian Kaiyuan's parent.

November 22 – Expedia, the world's largest online travel service provider, said it spent $72.4 million purchasing 3.15 million eLong Inc (NASDAQ: LONG) American depository shares from Renren Inc (NYSE: RENN). Prior to the deal, Expedia already owned 52% of eLong. Renren is a leading Chinese social networking service site operator and eLong is a Chinese company similar to Expedia. Renren paid $18.5 million for 2.64 million eLong American depository shares in February 2009.

November 22 – Hainan Airlines Co (SHA: 600221), China's fourth biggest carrier, is in talks to take over some airports from Germany-based Hochtief AG, French newspaper Expansion reported, citing a well-informed source. The deal is evaluated to be $1.35 billion and expected to be finalized in mid-December.

November 17 – Meilishuo.com, a Chinese site where users can share information about online shopping, has received tens of thousands of dollars from GGV Capital and other minor investors in its third round of fundraising. The site was founded in November 2009 and received a total of $10 million in its previous two rounds of fundraising.
