July 16 – Zhejiang provincial capital Hangzhou profited ¥25 billion ($1 = ¥6.8) from land auctions in 1H 2010, double the amount for 1H 2009, according to the local land resources administration.

July 16 – Luxury housing in Sichuan provincial capital Chengdu (¥10,000/m2 or above) sold 2,338 units at ¥11,176/m2 in Q2 2010, down 23.7% year-on-year and up 2.8% quarter-on-quarter, according to Jones Lang LaSalle.
