China strives to become an outsourcing hub
Shanghai Telecom recently decided to adopt Canada’s Nortel Networks’ technologies to provide the former’s corporate and individual clients key video services as well as voice and digital database application. This is one of the many examples showing how the global trend of services industry relocation from developed countries to less developed one turning China into a hotspot for multinational companies to transfer operations.
