China said Wednesday it will implement a second round of export tax rebate hikes after trade figures released this week showed export growth slowed to 19.2% in October, down from 21.5% in September, AFP reported. The rebate hikes will apply to 3,770 export items, making up 27.9% of all exports from China, and take effect December 1. The amount of the rate hike was not given. The measure follows a previous round of tax rebate hikes that took effect on November 1 and affected 3,486 items.
