CNOOC warns of earnings risk

Increased production costs and progressive taxes on soaring oil prices ate into the earnings of China’s largest offshore energy producer last year, and China National Offshore Oil Corp (CNOOC) warned pressure could continue to rise, the South China Morning Post reported.
