The China Construction Bank yesterday signed an agreement with the government of Jiangsu Province to provide 150 billion yuan in loans over the next four years, The Beijing News reports. 120 billion of this amount will go to large enterprises, with mid- and small-scale companies receiving 30 billion yuan. The CCB has also arrived at deals with the governments of seven other provinces to provide an additional 698.6 billion yuan in loans over the course of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, and had previously promised additional loans to Jiangsu Province amounting to 50 billion yuan.
