Cotton traders release reserves
China’s cotton traders will release 300,000 tons of reserve cotton into trading markets across the nation to offset the impact of increasing cotton futures prices, the Shanghai Securities News reported, citing a statement released by cottonchina.org, a cotton information portal run by Beijing Cotton Outlook Consulting.
