Foreign firms worth US$2t in China
China approved 11,400 new foreign firms last year, taking the number of foreign invested firms on the mainland to 286,200 as at the end of 2007, up 14.4% on the end of the previous year, the China Securities Journal reported, citing China National Industry and Commerce Bureau figures.
