Housing prices still red-hot in Shanghai
Prices of residential properties in Shanghai’s Middle and Outer Ring Highway (Zhong-huan-xian) zones averaged US$1,997 (RMB15,000) per square meter at a recent four-day real estate fair that attracted over 180 developers from Shanghai and neighboring provinces.
