HuaXia Bank cooperates with Taiwan Office to support Taiwanese companies in Mainland

HuaXia Bank signs an agreement with Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council on July 10, under which HuaXia Bank will provide financing support and other financial services to Taiwanese companies, as reported by Xinhua Net.   The Chief of Taiwan Affairs Office, Chen Yun Lin, stated that the agreement is a constructive measure to help Taiwan enterprises improve their financing environment in Mainland and in turn help their business development.   Chen also said that the agreement is the realizing the objectives laid by Hu Jintao, President of PRC, to promote economic cooperation and exchange between Mainland China and Taiwan.   After the signing of the agreement, 12 Taiwan enterprises signed loan agreements in different HuaXia branches.
