Hurray, China’s wireless music distributor, signed a partnership agreement of official wireless value-added services with MTV China, a subsidiary of Viacom, reports XFN Asia.   Under the terms of the agreement, Hurray! will become MTV China's official partner for delivering interactive wireless value added services to MTV China's viewers, Hurray! said in a statement.   Hurray provides music-related products include ringtones, ringbacktones and truetones to mobile users in China through SMS, IVR, RBT, WAP, MMS and Java wireless value-added services platforms via mobile networks and the internet.
