	ICBC to double trans-bank ATM charges By STAFF WRITER Published: October 11, 2007 12:00 PM Industrial & Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) will double its charges for ATM withdrawals made at other banks, the China Securities Journal reported. The bank said its trans-bank withdrawal (TBW) charges will double from RMB2 to RMB4 (27-54 US cents) from November 1. No reason was given. Bank of ...
