Juice giant to build 5 plants
Huiyuan Juice Group, China’s largest juice maker, plans to invest US$67 million (RMNB500 million) in new factories to meet rising demand in the domestic market, the 21st Century Business Herald reported. “We plan to build five plants in the second half of the year that are closer to our distribution network to help minimize logistics costs,” said vice president Matthew Gene Mouw. “The factories, which will be built in Jilin, Liaoning, Shandong, Anhui, and Jiangxi provinces, will boost beverage production capacity from 1.96 million tons ...
