Langchao Software revealed yesterday that it had acquired 100% of the stock of Jinan Langchao Computer, China Business News reports. Both companies are subsidiaries of the Langchao Group; Langchao software is listed in Shanghai and is a leading provider of IT solutions. Langchao Software and its subsidiary Shenzhen Tianhecheng will spend up to 130 million yuan in the deal to acquire Langchao Computer from two other Langchao Group subsidiaries. Langchao Software is after Langchao Computer's industrial park in Taian, Shandong as an area for additional development.
