L'Oreal (China) has signed an agreement with with Shanghai's Jinqiao Export Processing Zone United Development Company to acquire rights to land in the district, National Business Daily reports. L'Oreal said that this move is part of its expansion of investment in China following the test-launch of an R&D center in Shanghai last September. This latest property acquisition covers 20,000 square meters, and is situated in Pudong next to the R&D center.
