Microsoft Windows + BMW = Huatai's new luxury SUV. We'll leave it to China Law Blog and IP Dragon to figure out if there is any way at all this can withstand a legal challenge and sit back and admire the guy or gal who had the chutzpah to come up with (and sell) a campaign promoting their client's new SUV by artfully combining and leveraging ripping off two of the most recognizable trademarks anywhere on this small planet of ours.
