Northeast opens arms to private money
Zhang Guobao, vice minister of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), urged private and foreign ventures to play a major role in revitalizing the old industrial economies of northeast China over the next 10 to 15 years as he released a blueprint for a Northeast revitalization program Monday, China Economic Net reported.
