Office Space Stagnates in Shanghai
The latest Huangdao
Report reveals that during August, there were three new office buildings
completed in Shanghai,
and all of them failed to sell a single unit. Min Yifei, an analyst with Barren
Island Studio in Shanghai,
says that the lackluster performance of these buildings is due to the fact that
there were so few of them, and that their prices were too high.
