Profiting Off Energy-Saving Buildings

The profit rate for a conventional building in China is roughly 30%. Adding in energy-saving measures increases construction costs by between 5 and 15%. But these buildings sell for much more than 30% above the prices of conventional buildings, reports China Business Post, which predicts that energy-saving buildings will be the next profitable trend in Chinese real-estate.
