	Profits surge at top domestic automakers By STAFF EDITOR Published: August 20, 2007 04:50 PM The combined after-tax profits of China’s top 16 automakers surged 65.8% to US$3.99 billion (RMB30.21 billion), China Auto News reported, citing figures from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers.
