Safran launches three aero-part plants in China

French aviation giant Safran has launched two new plants in eastern China's Jiangsu province, group president Jean-Paul Herteman told China Business Net Tuesday. Snecma Suzhou Co and Messier-Dowty Suzhou Co, which are both located on the same 14,000 square meter site in the Suzhou industrial park, 80 kilometers from Shanghai, required a combined US$100 million investment.
