SAIC to build $400m Shanghai tech center
China’s largest automaker Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp (SAIC) said Sunday it will spend US$396.83 million (RMB3 billion) building a technical center in Shanghai to optimize research and development capabilities for its self-branded models, the China Auto News reported.
