SEPA to live up to public transparency, says official

The State Environmental Protection Administration (SEPA) is the first government agency to sign up to the new regulations on open government information. In an exclusive interview, SEPA vice-minister Pan Yue told Beijing News why citizen involvement in decision making is necessary for environmental protection.
