Shanghai's fiscal income up 31% in a solid year for the city

Shanghai's fiscal income jumped 31.4% year-on-year to more than US$27.38 billion (RMB200 billion) in 2007, the Xinmin Evening News, citing figures from the Shanghai Finance Bureau.
