Sinopec in line for refining loss subsidy
Sinopec, China's top oil refinery, is likely to receive a subsidy from the central government after refining losses in 2007 exceeded those of 2006, the China Securities Journal reported, citing an unnamed inside source. The source said the exact amount of the subsidy had not been determined but US$1.40 billion (RMB10 billion) was a likely figure.
