Sinopec to build China’s largest refinery in Zhejiang province
China Petroleum & Chemical Corp, or Sinopec as it is commonly known, is nearing an agreement with the Zhejiang provincial government to jointly build China’s largest oil refinery, China Business Net reported, citing an inside source. The refinery and petrochemical products plant will have an annual processing capacity of 15 million tons.
