Skyworth Digital Holdings Ltd, a Hong Kong-listed, Guangdong-based producer of hi-tech consumer electronics and IT products, will pair up with South Korean LG Display to build a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel research and development center in Guangzhou, the Oriental Morning Post reported.
