	Strong Marketing Boosts Baidu Earnings By STAFF EDITOR Published: February 15, 2007 11:52 PM Beijing-based Internet search engine Baidu.com Inc said in a statement its fourth-quarter net income increased five-fold from the year before as its online marketing revenue more than doubled.Baidu's quarterly earnings grew to 122.8 million yuan (US$15.7 million), from 24.5 million yuan (US$3.01 million) the year earlier.The number of active online marketing customers grew 6% to more than 108,000 in the quarter, with new ...
