	Tianjin to fast-track service industries By STAFF EDITOR Published: August 28, 2007 04:48 PM The northern port city of Tianjin plans to spend US$26.32 billion (RMB199 billion) boosting the growth of its service industry in the coming three to five years, the official Xinhua News Agency reported.
