China Shipbuilding Industry Corp, the nation's biggest shipbuilder player, expects its revenue to hit ¥120 billion ($1 = ¥6.83) this year as the global economy recovers. Its gross revenue and profit grew 12% and 29% respectively from a year earlier during the first 10 months of 2009, said vice manager Qian Jianping. China secured contracts involving 21.9 million tonnages in that period, down 85% year-on-year.
