Toward a Market-Driven Aerospace Sector
In the view of former CASIC general manager Wang Liheng, even
after the last decade of major restructuring within the sector, China's
aerospace industry is still not entirely market oriented, and it still cannot
operate according to the rules of a market economy. Talking to Business Watch, he cites three areas
