China's bank oversight department is considering raising the upper limit for foreign investment in the nation's banks, says a high-level official with the China Banking Regulatory Commission. The Commission has already set up a task force to examine the issue, but experts quoted in the Oriental Morning Post warn against any rash decisions that would "sell out" China's banks in the current investment climate.
